Ford crossflow bored out to 1760cc and fitted with 85mm Accrolite pistons, steel crank and rods, fully balanced by Amac Engineering, Holbay 747 cam by Kent, fully ported and flowed head (155bhp at 7500 rpm and 142lb of torque), twin 45 Webbers. Woof ceramic coated Tony Law 4-into-2-into-1 exhaust manifold and system; Luminition ignition, wet sump, 7.7" single plate ceramic paddle racing clutch, alloy RS2000 bellhousing, 4-speed Rocket gearbox with Quaife quick shift, Jigsaw Racing 4.19:1 limited-slip plate diff (spare 4.44.1 diff included), Quaiffe rear hubs.
Fully powdercoated new chassis in 1999. Leda 250lbs front & 185lbs rear shocks, polyurethane bushes throughout, bespoke front anti-roll bar, quick rack. Wilwood front discs with standard servo and master cylinder, plus standard rear drum brakes with Minifin drums. Compomotive alloys with 2022 dated 205/50/15 Yokohama 1B tyres.
